WBC-INCO.NET - Call for contribution to the Action Plan to increase innovation capacities in the WBC

WBC-INCO.NET has announced a call for submission of concept notes contributing to a future ACTION PLAN to increase INNOVATION CAPACITIES in the whole REGION of the WESTERN BALKAN COUNTRIES (WBC). 

The call is open until May 13, 2012.
